“SUPERB WRITING... AMONGST LITERATURE'S BEST TRADITION OF ESPIONAGE AND THRILLERS...

Gray's trilogy of pink diamonds sparkles! Examine their many facets, amazing depth, great colour, alacrity and sheer breathtaking brilliance. From humble beginnings to the centre of the world stage, Gray's alter ego Charlie Robertson claws out a leading international mining business out of the ageless earth. Gray's writing is extremely well researched and effortless to read. Gray cuts through with superb writing and sets himself up in a rarefied grouping amongst literature's best tradition of espionage and thrillers.

Charlie battles against personal tragedies and evil enterprises who strive to undermine him. How he succeeds and builds his business draws the reader in to feel his pain and experience his joy."

"THE MUST-READ SEQUEL.

The must-read sequel to Brilliant Cut! The Charlie Robertson Saga takes a new and dangerous turn that you don’t want to miss.”

"A PERFECT READ.

You have out-done yourself, Peter, with The President’s Cut. The mix of fact and fiction make it a perfect read and antidote to COVID-19 cabin fever. As with Brilliant Cut, I was surprised with the 'hidden gem' twist at the end. Looking forward to the sequel.”

"A WONDERFUL CONCLUSION TO THE TRILOGY!

The highest powers in the world meet in this final book of the Trilogy. Very hard to put down and the conclusion is gripping. Thoroughly entertained me in the isolation due to Coved-19."

"THE DETAIL WAS SUPERB!

The President's Cut has now been devoured completing the trilogy. What can I say except congratulations, it's a wonderful read. I thoroughly enjoyed all the action that moved swiftly and held one to the pages.  Once again the detail was superb, adding to the reality and credibility of the work, so well done!"

"A RIVETING SAGA—HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Continuing the riveting saga of Charlie Robertson, Peter Gray brings us another thriller—this time to Russia and a plot to overthrow the western world. The information about submarines and Government intelligence felt so real that I thought the author had worked for the KGB or CIA! I highly recommend The President's Cut."

“SHAPING UP TO BE A GREAT SERIES OF BOOKS.

I really enjoyed this book, the third in the Charlie Robertson series. Many years ago, I bought the first two of what turned out to be a series of books. I wanted something for my niece and read them first to make sure they were suitable. They were a great read and I could tell that they would make great films too. As a result, my niece was the first in her class to read the Harry Potter books. These books are, obviously very different (and not at all suitable for an 8-year-old girl!). However, I have the same feeling about them and how they would make great films… Hold on tight for a great read and a great ride!”

"MY KIND OF STORY!

I have to say I really enjoyed The President's Cut. More like that please!"

“RIVETING.

The President’s Cut is the third in the Charlie Robertson series but can be a stand-alone read. The storyline has lots of twists and is clearly based on much research of not only high society but also the strategic games of individuals and nation states. This book is a great read in which Charlie mixes it with the best — and the worst.”

“SERIOUSLY WELL DONE...

I've just finished reading The President's Cut and enjoyed it. Seriously well done. I'm envious that I'm not capable of writing something like it."

“ANOTHER BRILLIANT INSTALLMENT!

Powerful, intriguing and brilliantly written. A must-read for anyone that enjoys a wonderful storyline, you feel like you are part of the family and feeling what they are feeling. Congratulations Peter."

“I LOVED IT!

I finished it way too soon and now I am really disappointed that I haven't got another Charlie Robertson adventure to read!"

“YOU'LL BE STUNNED AT THE OUTCOME!

If you're a Charlie Robertson fan then The President's Cut, the third of Peter Gray's thrillers, won't disappoint. Increasingly complex challenges face Charlie when his world of diamonds, technology and power collide. What he didn't anticipate was the length his enemies would go to—will it cost him his wife and daughter? Charlie is forced to call on all his resources and allies. You'll be enthralled by the action and intrigue and stunned at the outcome!"

“HUGE SATISFACTION AND ENJOYMENT!

I have read all three of your diamond books with huge satisfaction and enjoyment. Had I not known the author of the two "novellas", I would have guessed by the style. I know a bit about diamonds and have been fascinated by your books, both in storyline, the depth of technical content and the sheer readability! Thank you VERY much for the engrossing enjoyment I have had from your books and can hardly wait for the UK publication of The Rarest Cut."

“VERY WELL RESEARCHED AND WRITTEN...

I have read all three books in the trilogy and also in the correct sequence and found them to be very well researched and written. I've enjoyed the storyline of each and learnt much along the journey. The books have something for everyone—history, intrigue, crime, love, lust, suspense, geography, geology and more. I never realised that there is so much to know on the subject of diamonds, particularly the very rare pink diamonds only to be found in outback Western Australia. Each Chapter of all three books provide some fact about the different types of diamond and/or their 'cut', with Chapters being relatively brief allowing the reader that may be time poor to put the book down and easily pick up the storyline on the next reading occasion. I would thoroughly recommend these books to all, beginning with Rough Cut."
